  This Ideas blog entry links to a 'strawman' manifesto which draws together some of the ideas on Probably42 and is published to enable comment and improvement.
   

  It focuses on the top 10 strategies to provide a better future for our young people and for future generations. It has imminent scientific and technological developments, and the opportunities they provide, at its heart and suggests some radical changes to our Government structures to ensure Government for the long-term.
