The Knowledge, Skills and Experience Foundation

The Knowledge, Skills and Experience Foundation is a non-profit making Social Enterprise organisation.

Its purpose is to harness our joint knowledge, skills and experience for the benefit of society, in a way that is enjoyable and rewarding.

The Foundation is the brainchild of Tony Clack. Tony was the founder of LaterLife, the UK’s leading provider of retirement courses, which he set up following a distinguished career in the IT industry. Tony has now retired from running LaterLife but as part of his own active retirement plan has used his personal Knowledge, Skills and Experience to establish the Knowledge, Skills and Experience Foundation with a number of colleagues.

The inspiration for the Foundation came from 20 years of running retirement courses and recognising the huge amount of untapped knowledge, skills and experience in the retired population. Much of this inspiration and the associated ideas are captured in the document Retiree Foundation - Proposition .

The Knowledge, Skills and Experience Foundation is an umbrella organisation for a number of potential initiatives. Probably42 and this site is its first major initiative.
