  This was our second discussion group and quite a difficult subject to tackle as it isn't very tangible.
  
  However it was an enjoyable discussion with 5 of us now members of the group and we managed to extract some interesting thoughts including a number of Principles/Values at the end.
  
  To try and scope the discussion in the first place we produced and circulated a document before the meeting. This is referred to in the output.
